Excelliance Diploma and Qualification
Achieving Excellence in Performance
With participation in even only one individual Excelliance workshop or course, participant is automatically enrolled into "Excelliance Learning Path" that can lead to Excelliance Diploma (or Excelliance Master Diploma) and accredited qualification.

Participant of each individual Excelliance course or workshop can choose whether to complete an individual course with or without exam. If the exam is succesfully completed, participant will be issued not only the Certificate of Course Completion but also the Europass document with details of learning goal, achieved learning outcomes, study hours invested and ECVET (European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training) credits accumulated during this particular course.

How a participant can reach the Excelliance Diploma and accredited qualification?
After a participant successfully completes the required Excelliance courses and fulfill the preconditions that are required for awarding a Qualification Diploma, she/he is entitled to approach to official exam for qualification "Achieving Excellence in Performance". The exam should be completed at the accredited qualification exam center and participant is granted a scholarship for the cost of the exam.
If succesfully completes the qualification exam, participant will be awarded Excelliance Diploma plus a qualification recognized according to UK educational standards.
What are the levels of qualifications?
Passing the qualification exam at the accredited qualification exam center is one of the precondition of awarding the qualification.
There are two types of qualification that can be reached within Excelliance Learning path: Qualification Diploma (Level 3 qualification) and Qualification Master Diploma (Level 5 qualification).

Can I pursue an industry specialization in my diploma?
Qualification is awarded for general purpose and is titled "Achieving Excellence in Performance". However, if in total number of accumulated ECVET credits a participant accumulates required number of ECVET points related to respective industry (Public Administration, Education&Training, Marketing, IT) than the Excelliance Diploma will be named: "Achieving Excellence in Performance within Public Administration" or "Achieving Excellence in Performance within Education&Training" etc.

Excelliance Diploma and qualification: Achieving Excellence in Performance (Level 3) is awarded to participant after completion of:

- 60 ECVET points in Excelliance courses with minimum 25 credits acquired in „LQ” learning path (Leadership Quality - Character, Virtues)
- Successfull completion of qualification exam

participant is ​entitled to scholarship in amount of 600 EUR that can be used for exam cost (exam fee, travel, accomodation) for UK BTEC qualification Level 3 (Achieving Excellence in Skills Performance). In case of ECVET credits earned through Master Series course, participant is not entitled to full scholarship.
Prerequisite of awarding Level 3 qualification is high school diploma.
Qualification is always awarded with general title ("Achieving Excellence in Performance"). However, if in total number of accumulated ECVET credits a participant accumulates during Excelliance workshops minimum 15 ECVET points related to respective industry (Public Administration, Education&Training, Marketing, IT) then the Excelliance Diploma can be issued with specialization title: e.g. "Public Administration & Governance - Excellence in Performance" or "Education&Training - Excellence in Performance" etc.

Excelliance Master Diploma with qualification: Achieving Excellence in Performance (Level 5) is awarded to participant after completion of:

- 180 ECVET points in Excelliance courses with minimal requirements:

Minimum 90 credits acquired at Excelliance courses from „LQ” learning path (Leadership Quality - Character, Virtues)

Minimum 60 credits in Excelliance courses at Level 6 (in a specification for each course the level is specified)

Minimum of 2 years professional experience
- Successfull completion of qualification exam

participant is ​entitled to scholarship in amount of 1200 EUR* that can be used for exam cost (travel, accomodation, exam fee) for UK BTEC qualification Level 5 (Achieving Excellence in Skills Performance). In case of ECVET credits earned through Master Series course, participant is not entitled to full scholarship.

*If a participant already acquired scholarship for Qualification Diploma, maximal amount of scholarship available for Qualification Master Diploma qualification exam is 600 EUR.

Prerequisite of awarding Level 5 qualification is Bachelor degree. Qualification is always awarded with general title ("Achieving Excellence in Performance"). However, if in total number of accumulated ECVET credits a participant accumulates during Excelliance workshops minimum 35 ECVET points related to respective industry (Public Administration, Education&Training, Marketing, IT) then the Excelliance Master Diploma can be issued with specialization title: e.g. "Public Administration and Governance - Excellence in Performance" or "Education&Training - Excellence in Performance" etc.
